Accepting an Invitation to FastBar
Pre-Requisites
Learn about being a Vendor at a FastBar powered-event
If your Event Vendor Coordinator invites you to a FastBar event, you’ll be able to access the Event Control Center to view your sales reports, and potentially add and edit products (if given the necessary permissions).
Follow these steps to accept your invitation to the Event Control Center.
1. Locate the Invitation Email
Shortly after the Event Vendor Coordinator invites you to FastBar, you will receive an invitation in your inbox:

If you don’t see the email from FastBar in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder. If you still don’t see it, please reach out to your Event Vendor Coordinator and request that they re-send it, or perhaps send it to a different email address.
2. Accept the Invitation
After clicking on “Accept Invitation”, you’ll be taken to the FastBar website and promoted to login or sign up to FastBar. You can use a social provider like Google, Microsoft or Facebook, or sign up with email:
Note: if you use a social provider, you must use an account with the same email address that the FastBar invitation was sent to.
For example, if the FastBar invitation was sent to sallyjones@gmail.com and you have a Google account under that email address, as well as another Google account under sjones1982@gmail.com, you must sign in with the sallyjones@gmail.com account, since that is where the FastBar invite was sent.
If you would like the invitation sent to an alternate email address, reach out to your Event Vendor Coordinator.
3. Access the Event Control Center
Once you have accepted the invite, you’ll be directed to the Event Control Center for the Event where you can see data specific to your Vendor:
Here you’ll have access to:
The Dashboard: a real-time, high-level overview of your sales for the event
Sales Summary Report: a more detailed overview of your sales
Sales by Payment Method: see your sales by different payment methods, for example credit card, RFID, and cash
Products Report: more details on the sales of specific products
Discounts Report: details on any discounts or promotions applied
Sales Data Export: export your sales data into Excel
Reports can be filtered and grouped by time, location, device etc… so you can easily see all key information regarding your sales.
Also, depending on the permissions assigned by the Event Vendor Coordinator, you may also have the ability to:
View, Add or Edit Products: products are the items you’re selling
View, Add or Edit Menus: Products must be grouped into Menus to appear on the Point of Sale
