FastBar for beer, wine and food festivals
FastBar is the point of sale for beer, wine and food festivals. Every brewery, winery and food vendor takes RFID wristbands, payment cards, mobile wallets and cash on one system, with tasting tickets loaded right onto wristbands and settlement worked out for you.
Trusted by festivals, fairs and events across the US and beyond
The problem
Paper tickets, tokens and cash slow down every pour, then leave you counting long after the taps close.
The old way
With FastBar
The old way
Attendees queue at the token booth, then again at the pour station, and run out at the worst moment.
With FastBar
Attendees tap their wristband at any pour station and walk away with a pour. Two more drinks or eight more, it's up to them.
The old way
Tickets, tokens and cash from every station get counted by hand. At the Washington Brewers Festival, that took six hours and 15 people.
With FastBar
Every pour is recorded as it happens, so your numbers are final the moment you close out.
The old way
Each brewery, winery and food vendor runs its own system, and you reconcile their reports by hand afterwards.
With FastBar
Eighty breweries poured on FastBar at the Washington Brewers Festival. Each sees its own sales live, and settlement works out what each side owes.
The old way
Tickets tell you something was poured, but not what, where or when.
With FastBar
See sales by vendor, product and hour as they happen, so you know what's popular and what's running low.
The FastBar system
Accept every way your guests want to pay, and see every sale from every bar, vendor and location in one real-time dashboard.

Every way your guests pay
<1 sec
per RFID wristband payment
A wristband tap takes less than a second and a card about ten. Your staff spend their time serving, not waiting on a payment screen.
16–35%
higher spend at cashless events
When lines move, guests come back for another drink, another plate, another shirt. Faster checkout turns into more sales every hour.
<5 min
to train new staff
Set up menus in minutes, change prices on the fly, and see sales by bar, vendor and product as they happen. Reporting is done when the event is.
RFID wristbands
Attendees connect a payment card or load cash once, then pay with a tap of their wristband at every bar and booth. No wallets, phones or tokens to dig out.
Attendees connect a payment card from a pre-registration link sent with their ticket, or at a registration station on site. Prefer cash? They can load it onto their wristband instead.
Secure wristbands stay on all event, so attendees just tap at any bar or booth and get back to the show.
Attendees can check their tab anytime from the link we text them. When the event ends, every tab closes out automatically.

<1 sec
per wristband tap, so lines keep moving and attendees come back for more
RFID is one way to pay, not the only one. Use it everywhere, in some areas, or not at all.
Features
RFID wristbands, payment cards, mobile wallets and cash, at every pour station and food stand.
Keeps selling when the WiFi drops, needs no app for attendees, and copies last year's festival to start the next.
Pour stations are often run by volunteers. Most are ready to sell in under five minutes.
Sales by vendor, product and hour as they happen, and this year's festival against last year's.
Each brewery, winery and food vendor gets its own menu and its own sales, and settlement works out what each side owes.
Dozens of pour stations? Set up every device in minutes, and manage them all from one dashboard.
Load tasting tickets, drink credits and VIP perks onto RFID wristbands, and see what every perk cost.
Pre-registration that works with your ticketing, fast on-site registration, and every tab looked after.
Working with FastBar
Most events rent FastBar. We put together everything your event needs, then take it away when you're done.
Point-of-sale kits with a tablet, stand and card reader, set up and ready to sell. Already have iPads? Run FastBar on them with a software licence.
Every FastBar feature is included in the rental. No tiers and no add-on modules.
Branded, secure RFID wristbands and registration stations, if you want them.
Run it yourselves, have our team on remote 24/7 backup, or bring us on-site.
Running lots of events? Buying your own devices may cost less in the long run, and you can try FastBar at a real event before you decide. Ask us about buying

Trust and security
FastBar handles your revenue and your guests' payment cards. Here's how we protect both.
Payments are processed by Stripe and paid out straight to your own Stripe account. FastBar never holds your money.
Card data is protected to industry standards, so your IT and finance teams can sign off with confidence.
If the connection drops, FastBar keeps selling and syncs every transaction once it's back.
We know what's on the line on event day. 24/7 support is available, and our team can be on-site when you need it.
FAQ
Can't find what you're looking for? Our team is happy to help.
Yes. Load tasting tickets, drink credits or free items onto RFID wristbands, for every attendee or just your VIPs. Anything beyond that is paid with a tap, and you can see what every credit and perk cost. Talk to our team
No. FastBar takes every way attendees want to pay: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, cash, and RFID wristbands. You can go cashless with payment cards and mobile wallets alone, and add RFID when you want the fastest pours.
Payments are processed by Stripe and paid directly into your own Stripe account. Because every vendor sells on FastBar, there are no reports to collect from different systems, no wondering whether the numbers are right, and nothing to piece together in a spreadsheet. FastBar works out what each vendor is owed, with their deal and any adjustments, and it's all ready for you when the festival ends.
Yes. New staff and volunteers are ready to sell in under five minutes, and you decide what each device can do, from which menu it shows to which payment methods it takes.
We recommend it, but FastBar doesn't depend on it. When the connection drops, as it often does at festivals, FastBar keeps taking payments and syncs everything once it's back online. We can use your WiFi, or bring our own if you need it.
Yes. FastBar doesn't replace your ticketing. Point ticket buyers to FastBar pre-registration during or after checkout, whichever ticketing platform you use.
As much as you can give us. Larger festivals with more devices, RFID or on-site support need more lead time, and custom wristbands typically take four to six weeks. Get in touch as early as you can. Tell us about your festival
