Can we replace festival tokens?
Yes. ilani Casino Resort replaced tokens at its festivals with RFID wristbands and payment cards, so there are no drops, sweeps or counts, and digital settlement reports give ilani and its vendors the same numbers. Read the story
How do vendor payouts work?
Set each vendor's deal and adjustments, and FastBar's digital settlement does the math. Vendors can see their own sales live, so you both work from the same numbers.
How do refunds work?
Find the guest, then refund an item or adjust their tab from the Event Control Center, during the event or after.
Can we get the data into our accounting system?
