FastBar for music festivals
FastBar is the point of sale for music festivals. Take RFID wristbands, payment cards, mobile wallets and cash at every bar, food truck and merch stand, see the whole festival's sales as they happen, and have our team on-site when you want us.
Trusted by festivals, fairs and events across the US and beyond
The problem
Token booths, cash bars and slow card readers turn every set break into a queue, then leave you counting long after the headliner.
The old way
With FastBar
The old way
Between sets, everyone heads to the bar at once. Slow payments mean missed songs and fewer drinks sold.
With FastBar
RFID wristband taps take under a second, and payment cards and phones keep the line moving too.
The old way
Tokens force everything to a single price point, and attendees keep going back to the token booth.
With FastBar
Without tokens, every item gets its own price. At Harefest, that alone brought an immediate jump in revenue.
The old way
Floats for every bar, security to move the money, and hours of counting once the stages go quiet.
With FastBar
Attendees pay by wristband, payment card or phone, so there's far less cash to float, guard and count.
The old way
Food trucks and merch stands each send reports from their own systems, if they send them at all.
With FastBar
You see every vendor's sales live, and digital settlement works out splits and revenue share for you.
The old way
Festival grounds are hard on payment systems that need a good connection to work.
With FastBar
Every payment method keeps working offline, and sales sync automatically once you're back online.
The FastBar system
Accept every way your guests want to pay, and see every sale from every bar, vendor and location in one real-time dashboard.

Every way your guests pay
<1 sec
per RFID wristband payment
A wristband tap takes less than a second and a card about ten. Your staff spend their time serving, not waiting on a payment screen.
16–35%
higher spend at cashless events
When lines move, guests come back for another drink, another plate, another shirt. Faster checkout turns into more sales every hour.
<5 min
to train new staff
Set up menus in minutes, change prices on the fly, and see sales by bar, vendor and product as they happen. Reporting is done when the event is.
RFID wristbands
Attendees connect a payment card or load cash once, then pay with a tap of their wristband at every bar and booth. No wallets, phones or tokens to dig out.
Attendees connect a payment card from a pre-registration link sent with their ticket, or at a registration station on site. Prefer cash? They can load it onto their wristband instead.
Secure wristbands stay on all event, so attendees just tap at any bar or booth and get back to the show.
Attendees can check their tab anytime from the link we text them. When the event ends, every tab closes out automatically.

<1 sec
per wristband tap, so lines keep moving and attendees come back for more
RFID is one way to pay, not the only one. Use it everywhere, in some areas, or not at all.
Features
RFID wristbands, payment cards, mobile wallets and cash, mixed however your festival needs.
Keeps selling when the WiFi drops, needs no app for attendees, and copies last year's festival to start the next.
New staff and volunteers are ready to sell in under five minutes, even on a busy first shift.
Live sales by bar and hour show which bars are slammed, so you can move staff while it still matters.
Bars, food trucks and merch stands each see their own sales, and settlement works out what each side owes.
Set up dozens of devices in minutes, and manage them all from one dashboard.
Free drinks for VIP areas, meals for crew and volunteers, and comps for anyone you choose, applied automatically.
Pre-registration that works with your ticketing, fast on-site registration, and every tab looked after.
Working with FastBar
Most events rent FastBar. We put together everything your event needs, then take it away when you're done.
Point-of-sale kits with a tablet, stand and card reader, set up and ready to sell. Already have iPads? Run FastBar on them with a software licence.
Every FastBar feature is included in the rental. No tiers and no add-on modules.
Branded, secure RFID wristbands and registration stations, if you want them.
Run it yourselves, have our team on remote 24/7 backup, or bring us on-site.
Running lots of events? Buying your own devices may cost less in the long run, and you can try FastBar at a real event before you decide. Ask us about buying

FAQ
Can't find what you're looking for? Our team is happy to help.
Yes. RFID wristband taps take under a second, and payment cards and phones are quick too. We'll help you plan devices and staffing for each bar around your busiest moments. Talk to our team
We recommend it, but FastBar doesn't depend on it. When the connection drops, as it often does at festivals, FastBar keeps taking payments and syncs everything once it's back online. We can use your WiFi, or bring our own if you need it.
No. FastBar takes every way attendees want to pay: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, cash, and RFID wristbands. You can go cashless with payment cards and mobile wallets alone, and add RFID when you want the fastest lines.
Most festivals send a pre-registration link with each ticket, so attendees add a payment card before they arrive and just collect a wristband on site. Everyone else registers at a station on site, which takes about 15 seconds. Attendees who prefer cash can load it onto their wristband instead.
Payments are processed by Stripe and paid directly into your own Stripe account. Because every vendor sells on FastBar, there are no reports to collect from different systems, no wondering whether the numbers are right, and nothing to piece together in a spreadsheet. FastBar works out what each vendor is owed, with their deal and any adjustments, and it's all ready for you when the festival ends.
Yes. Our team can set up, train your staff and support you all festival, then pack everything away. Larger RFID festivals almost always have us on-site. Smaller festivals can run FastBar themselves, with our team on remote 24/7 backup if they want it. Talk to our team
As much as you can give us. Larger events with more devices, RFID or on-site support need more lead time, and custom wristbands typically take four to six weeks. Get in touch as early as you can. Tell us about your festival
