RFID wristbands
RFID cards and wristbands replace paper drink tickets and the bartender's tally sheet. Every hosted drink is recorded as it's served, so the client's bill is accurate and you both see the same numbers.
Load each guest's hosted drinks, like three drinks for everyone at a corporate reception, onto an RFID card or wristband. Hand them out at the door, or have guests connect a payment card as they arrive.
Guests tap for each drink and get back to the event. No tickets to collect and nothing for the bartender to write down.
When the hosted drinks are used, guests can pay their own way or the drinks stop there. Collect the cards afterwards and reuse them at your next event.
